"50 years of dedication, a legacy built on resilience and the unwavering pursuit of excellence."

"I wanted to commend your staff at Gasconade Therapy Outpatient Services. After a broken ankle and three surgeries, I was placed in the care of Marty Green.  They are professional, knowledgeable and caring physical therapists. The exercises they used helped me gain full range of motion and strength enough to walk without a limp (my personal goal).  The printed handouts and resistance band allowed me to exercise at home using proper mechanics. Owensville is very fortunate to have such a nice facility, and I will forever be grateful to these fine individuals who literally helped me get back on my feet."

"I am really pleased with my Rehab stay, I would recommend Gasconade Manor Rehab to anyone! "

Great and caring staff! I would recommend them to anyone! I never have any concerns about the health and safety of my mother.

My dad was a resident for over 8. He first came to the Manor after having a stroke. He received wonderful care from the nursing and therapy department. Once he completed his rehab. We were blessed that he was able to live in the assisted living for over 5 years. We then moved him to the skilled side of the nursing home once his Alzheimer's became to much for him to live at the assisted living. He spent his final years with the most caring and loving staff.  They were there for our whole family.
